Although the other couple that were to join us cancelled earlier in the morning, Ondrej still did the complete market tour and cooking class with just my husband and I. We enjoyed walking through the market, tasting a few foods, and learning about the availability of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats. Ondrej chose today's cooking class menu based on our tastes. He helped us choose some spices from a market booth.
