“Relatively new guide but he was very helpful and made every effort to ensure things went smoothly. The zoo is enormous and will take every minute of the five hours they advise , we had extreme heat on our day and most of the animals were hiding in the shade but that couldn’t be helped . The bus and metro back to our apartment was a little bit confusing but we made it eventually . Overall I would whole heartedly recommend for anyone looking to fill a day for a very reasonable price .”
